- Shoreline Master Program Public Hearing – 10/21, 6pm - Residents received a recent mailing from the City of Renton for the Shoreline Master Program Update. This may affect shoreline development including docks and piers, buffers and excavation. More details are on the following link: http://rentonwa.gov/business/default.aspx?id=15508. Upcoming meetings will be held at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of Renton City Hall

- Women’s Wednesday Walks – 10/21, 5:45pm - It's getting dark earlier, so let's start at 5:45 pm and meet at the Apogee for pizza at 7:15 pm. If it's raining and/or you don't want to walk, the Apogee is a go no matter. Dog Found – Lily has been found! After putting up tons of flyers, an EXTREMELY nice family on E Lake Desire Dr called and told us they took her in due to the terrible weather. Lake Desire Clubhouse Rental – Contact Vi Anderson at 425-226-7005 or woods_inn@msn.com for details. The clubhouse features a full kitchen, tables and chairs to seat up to 40 people (max 60), new carpet and restrooms. Members receive a discount on renting the community clubhouse. The normal rate is $75 to rent the clubhouse for the whole day or ($15 per hour- min. of 3 hours.) Members can rent the clubhouse at a discount for only $60 per day. Membership is $15 for the calendar year for individuals/families or $10 for senior citizens.
